Shipping policy

Rawsco will be delivering every Monday and Thursday. Orders placed on Wednesday-Saturday will be delivered on the following Monday. Orders placed on Sunday-Tuesday will be delivered on the following Thursday. You are responsible for leaving a cooler or similar storage out front so that food can remain frozen. We encourage you to provide specific delivery instructions if necessary. Our food is designed to remain fresh for multiple hours after delivery but, depending on the season and temperature in your area at the time of delivery, you should plan in advance for proper storage. We will drop food off frozen and notify you when it has been dropped off. It is then your responsibility to make sure the food is stored properly to avoid spoiling. It is ultimately your decision on whether the food is sufficient to feed to your own pet. 

In the case of inclement weather or other events beyond our control that interfere with our ability to deliver your Order, we will attempt to deliver your order as soon as reasonably possible. In the event that timely delivery is not feasible, we may retry, cancel your delivery for the period so affected and issue you a credit, or resend a new order at a later date.  In each of these cases, we will also make every effort to communicate any potential issue with you. We do not offer shipping at this time, only delivery and point of sale when available.

Delivery range is based on a radius around our facility. If your address doesn’t work on the website, then your address is outside of the delivery range. Please contact Nick@rawsco.dog to discuss other delivery options if your address does not work at checkout.
